With a cross of more than 50% of Iberian, breeding and fattening in freedom in the Dehesas of Huelva and Extremadura based on products of the field and cereals such as corn, wheat and barley. With a cure of more than 4 months in dryers and natural cellars, its flavor is very pleasant, sweet and smooth. Its versatility and quality make it an Iberian product suitable for all tastes.

Handcrafted, it gathers just the right amount of lean and fat. From 50% Iberian pigs that have grazed freely in the pasture during the Montanera season. After feeding on feed and other fresh herbs, the resulting meat is juicy and seasoned in its right measure, with a traditional and unique mixture of spices. The result? A loin of Iberian bait that is a delicious delicacy, a noble and healthy product. With an intense aroma and great gastronomic quality, this delicacy will delight any palate.

El producto lo hemos comprado en tres ocasiones, y en esta última vez se notaba que el jamón no era de la calidad de los anteriores. No tenía esa grasita que lo caracteriza y parecía un jamón convencional. Me he sentido un poco engañada y ya no lo volveré a comprar.
