The ham is made and cut by the renowned cutter Jesús García, SPANISH CHAMPION of ham cutters for his brand Arte Corte.
This ham comes from specially selected pigs that were fed cereals and legumes. These pigs, raised on the farms of Monesterio and southern Extremadura, develop superior muscles that improve the quality of the ham.
With an artisanal curing process of 2 to 3 years in natural drying sheds next to the cold and dry climate of Monesterio, this ham acquires an unparalleled aroma and flavor.
