Black Label Shoulder 5 Encinas Gran Reserva - ENCINASOLA1920 is an exquisite shoulder made in a traditional way in the town of Encinasola in Huelva, a few kilometers from the towns of Fregenal de La Sierra and Higuera La Real, both well known for the breeding of Iberian pigs and production of Iberian ham and shoulder.
