To celebrate the award for the best ham of Monesterio'19 that has recognized the quality of the Sierra Monesterio Iberian acorn-fed ham, we have selected this spectacular Sierra Monesterio Gold Reserve Ham.

A piece that comes from animals that, during the fattening stage, have been fed on grasses, fruits of holm oaks and herbs. Always in the surroundings of the fields of Extremadura.

It is what is called in the Iberian sector as ham out of standard.

The ham is made by natural means for a minimum of 30 months.

This producer was already recognized in 2017 with the AWARD FOR THE BEST HAM MONESTERIO'17 in the XXVII edition of the Monesterio Ham Fair. Award that now repeats in the XXX Day of the Ham of Monesterio for the enjoyment of our crazy consumers of Ibérico.
