We control each process, its transformation and any elaboration we carry out, with meticulousness. That path that begins with genetics, continues with feeding, slaughter, cutting and ends with distribution until it reaches the table of the final buyer.

Dionisio Sánchez began his activity in the 40s. Today, it is his son Dionisio who continues the tradition in Fuentesaúco, Zamora. Following the traditional process of curing hams and with its own selection of the Duroc breed, it has obtained its own genetics called Konduroc.

The Duroc pig is characterized by its rapid growth and marbled meat. It is the only pig that is allowed to cross with the Ibérica breed.

At Jamones Dionisio Sánchez, the animals' feed is taken care of with cereals only from Castilla y León. In addition to the careful feed, free of GMOs and additives, it allows a greater weight and life to the animal, thus guaranteeing a better texture and enhancing the flavor of Konduroc Ham. At Dionisio Sánchez, the requirements to obtain the Animal Welfare seal are strictly complied with.

All Dionisio Sánchez sausages and hams are covered by the Tierra de Sabor guarantee brand.

Jamones Dionisio Sánchez also has an exclusive line of 100% Duroc KachaNegra Essentia breed pigs. With a perfect content of infiltrated fat, KachaNegra 100% Duroc products offer an incomparable flavor and juiciness, very similar to Iberian products
