Extremely attentive service, via email and also phone. Apolo gave great advice, which led to my choice of ham. The delivery was also extremely fast - I ordered on the weekend, and the delivery arrived in impeccable condition in Paris on Wednesday morning. I definitely recommend this company!
My first ever bellota ham, so I my opinion isn't worth much... But... far sweeter than I had imagined, with a beautiful taste that grows in the mouth after starting. I understand why this jamón is so famous, now!
