This Teruel Soincar-Arco iris ham has a curing of 16 months, carried out in natural drying rooms and salted by hand, thus ensuring careful control of the pieces throughout the process. This results in a reddish cut of the ham with a shiny appearance.
It is a pleasant, aromatic and delicate Teruel ham due to the partially infiltrated uncating fat that the piece has, as well as its slightly salty flavor.
