The Campero La Merendola lot is composed of:
6 sachets of 100g each of Ham cut with a knife
2 sachets of 100g each from chorizo Campero
2 envelopes salchichón Campero
Each sachet has a net content of 100g. of product and is vacuum-packed.
The heart of this great lot is the ham of excellent quality from animals or pieces disqualified from the Ibérico Standard. It is the ham that in the sector is known as Jamón Fuera de Norma. To learn more about this type of ham, click here.
The sliced ham comes from selected pigs that have been raised on the best farms on the peninsula fed on high-quality cereals and legumes.
