Dionisio Sánchez began his activity in the 40s. Today, it is his son Dionisio who continues the tradition in Fuentesaúco, Zamora. Following the traditional process of curing hams and with its own selection of the Duroc breed, it has obtained its own genetics called Konduroc.

The Duroc pig is characterized by its rapid growth and marbled meat. It is the only pig that is allowed to cross with the Ibérica breed.

At Jamones Dionisio Sánchez, the animals' feed is taken care of with cereals only from Castilla y León.
