Un jurado internacional de m\u00e1s de 500 reputados profesionales de la alimentaci\u00f3n gourmet realiza diferentes catas a ciegas. En estos premios no se compite por categor\u00edas, sino que todos los productos son evaluados por un sistema de estrellas en funci\u00f3n del sabor, aroma, textura y calidad global de cada propuesta. Es habitual encontrar productos ib\u00e9ricos entre los m\u00e1s valorados.
