Dizem-nos que se assemelham a pequenos seixos de sal ou de giz.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As <strong>manchas brancas no fiambre n\u00e3o s\u00e3o acumula\u00e7\u00f5es de sal<\/strong>, ovos de insectos, nitritos ou nitratos, <strong>nem<\/strong> parasitas. Os pontos brancos no fiambre s\u00e3o <strong>cristaliza\u00e7\u00f5es de um amino\u00e1cido, a tirosina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A carne de porco ib\u00e9rico \u00e9 muito rica em prote\u00ednas, cadeias longas de amino\u00e1cidos.
