Selon les registres du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;identification, de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et de qualit\u00e9 (\u00cdTACA), l&rsquo;abattage de porcs nourris au gland a diminu\u00e9 de 12,6 % par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Cela se traduit par une r\u00e9duction de 86 215 animaux soumis \u00e0 ce processus embl\u00e9matique. Ci-dessous, nous analyserons plus en d\u00e9tail ces r\u00e9sultats et les chiffres par communaut\u00e9 autonome.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours de la campagne 2022\/2023, un total de 596 274 porcs nourris aux glands ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abattus, contre 682 489 animaux abattus au cours de la montanera pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Sur le nombre total d&rsquo;animaux abattus, 86,7 % (516 985 animaux) correspondent \u00e0 des porcs nourris au gland r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la norme de qualit\u00e9, tandis que 13,3 % (79 289 animaux) appartiennent \u00e0 des productions b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d&rsquo;une appellation d&rsquo;origine prot\u00e9g\u00e9e (AOP).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;analyse des types de porcs nourris au gland abattus montre que 62,1 % d&rsquo;entre eux correspondent \u00e0 des porcs portant un sceau noir, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire 100 % de gland ib\u00e9rique, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un total de 370 560 animaux. D&rsquo;autre part, 37,8 % sont des phoques rouges, dont 7 % (41 824 animaux) sont des glands ib\u00e9riques \u00e0 75 % et les 30,8 % restants (183 886 animaux) sont des glands ib\u00e9riques \u00e0 50 %.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ventilation des donn\u00e9es par communaut\u00e9 autonome montre que l&rsquo;Andalousie est le premier producteur de glands nourris cette ann\u00e9e, avec 48,1 % (286 777 animaux). Toutefois, ce chiffre montre une diminution de 11,15 % par rapport \u00e0 la saison pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. L&rsquo;Estr\u00e9madure est en deuxi\u00e8me position avec 38,7 % (230 468 animaux), soit une baisse de 9,7 % par rapport \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode 2021\/2022. Castilla y Le\u00f3n est en troisi\u00e8me position avec 7,5% (44 719 animaux), mais a connu une baisse de 19,5% par rapport \u00e0 la saison pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Portugal a enregistr\u00e9 une production de 26.233 glands nourris, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 4,4% du total et repr\u00e9sente une baisse significative de 33,8% par rapport \u00e0 la montanera pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Quant \u00e0 la Castille-La Manche, elle a produit 8 032 animaux, soit 11,8 % de moins que la saison pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
